We are in the process of developing a full franchise programme to support the launch of the IRE Franchise opportunity across Ireland. Given the significant interest to date we have received and under the direction of our franchise specialist consultant, we have decided in the short term to release a limited number of licensed opportunities to suitable candidates.
Under the licence we will provide candidates with the opportunity to trade under the IRE Recruitment Services trademark, train the candidates up in the core activities required to deliver IRE Services to clients directly and also to protect the integrity of the IRE Recruitment Services brand.
To launch our licence programme we are recruiting a limited number of “pilot licensees” who will benefit from a significantly reduced initial fee. Once the licensees are established on a renewable licence agreement basis we will progress further to developing the full franchise programme and look for our initial licensees to transfer in under that full franchise arrangement on renewal of their licence agreement at the appropriate time and under the agreed renewal provisions.
Once fully developed our Franchise fee will be in the region of €35,000. The initial licence fee is set currently at €25,000 however the “pilot licence fee” is €10,000. The ongoing royalty fee on the licence opportunity is 3% of Gross turnover, net of vat. The term of the initial licence agreement will be 3 years, with an automatic right to renewal subject to standard renewal provisions. Recruitment Process Overview
In relation to our recruitment process it might be useful Just to give you an overall understanding of our franchisee assessment process. Once we review you details on the Request For Consideration form and are happy to progress, we will invite you and your life partner down for a “Discovery Day” and to meet the team, Under the terms of a signed confidentiality agreement we will disclose all commercially sensitive information to you about our business. This is to enable you generate a worthwhile business plan to assist you in assessing the suitability of our business model to satisfy your commercial requirements. We give you 4-6 weeks for you to pull together the bones of your business plan and your own financial forecasts or projections. We then invite you to present your plan and financial figures to us so we can stress test the numbers and answer any additional questions that you may have unearthed through the discovery and planning process.
Once you are satisfied that our franchise opportunity satisfies your business requirements and we are satisfied that you will be a strong “fit” for our franchise family we then sign the agreement, you pay the balance of the fees due and we commence the training programme.
Once you and you staff member prove to us through the training programme your competence to deliver services to the standards we require then we will officially grant the franchise and commence the programme of supporting your grand opening. If we feel that after the training that you do not display the necessary aptitude and skill sets to run an effective Recruitment Services business then we will return your full franchise fee less our sunk costs to take you to this stage of the process.
